Tom Ford, London

Lights in the darkness.
The lighting design is tactfully inserted in a sophisticated play of lights and shadows, created by the New York-based architect William Sofield to present the lucid elegance of Tom Ford. The rigorous framework of the architectural volumes is enhanced by a helical staircase, underlined by a ribbon of theatrical and functional light. The custom lighting precisely displays the clothing and objects, while the crafts skills of Bilumen have revived the glow of vintage metal appliques from the United States.
